| Description: | Enjoy your work experience in an upscale residential retirement community. Westminster Village has one opening for a certified HVAC technician with CFC/HCFC certification. Experience in closed loop heat pumps and cooling tower maintenance a plus. Full time day position with regular on-call/weekend shifts.
Perform maintenance and HVAC procedures on facility, facility equipment, and resident property, following Village protocol to maintain a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

| Duties: | Maintain Facilities and Grounds
Complete Preventive Maintenance procedures on items which require a learned skill, such as HVAC, kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, minor carpentry, etc.
Enter information and maintain all required logs in a neat, organized, and timely manner.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment which requires a learned skill. For example, AC/Heat units up to 25 ton units.
Use maintenance and equipment supplies in a cost-effective and responsible manner.
Assume a working lead role in major maintenance projects which require more than one person. Example: annual Loop System service
Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment
Read and follow all material safety data sheets (MSDS) and know the location of the MSDS information center.
Follow the facility safety programs.
Attend all in-service training programs.
Observe infection control procedures related to the maintenance department.
Resident and customer satisfaction
Ensure that customer satisfaction is met by doing quality work.
Communicate in an efficient, yet warm and friendly manner.

| Qualifications: | HVAC technician with CFC/HCFC certification.
Experience with closed loop systems and cooling towers.
Valid driver's license.
Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen required. |
